I hired Classic Fence KC to build a Pressure Treated Pine privacy fence, but within just 5 days, the pickets and posts started to warp, buckle, and pull completely away from the structure. When I reached out to Brian with Classic Fence KC, he ignored me until I stated I was going to get a lawyer. He then tried to blame me for the wood failing before finally agreeing to come back out. He only replaced 15 pickets and left the rest of the warped, buckling wood untouched. Brian never even stopped by or called to check on the repairs while they were happening or after they were done. While I did not pay for the repair labor, I had to pay out of pocket for the 2x4s just to get a necessary 3rd rail added. Not all of the repairs were made, and he has now completely cut off communication. To add insult to injury, the company replied to my 1 star review claiming they are unable to find my name or any record of my project in their system. Update to Brian and the Classic Fence Team: I have the official paid in full receipt to prove it. You know exactly who I am, you built my fence, you know the wood failed immediately, and you walked away from the job. Do not trust this company with your home or your wallet because they do sub par work and use generic corporate replies to hide their mistakes from the public.

10/10 from start to finish! I received my quote quickly, Andy was GREAT at working with my schedule to get this project done as soon as possible. Alberto and his crew were SO efficient and kept such a tidy workspace. I even received compliments from my neighbors on their work ethic and cleanliness, so that’s saying a lot! The team checked in on progress everyday. Their customer service couldn’t be better. The cherry on top is that I cannot rave enough on what an amazing job they did with the fence itself. PERFECTION.

They came, gave a good price and banged out a lot of fence in two and a half days. Fence looks fantastic and my dogs are very happy.

Andy and his Classic Fence team did excellent work replacing two small sections of fence with gates at our home. I can report that Andy is committed to making sure the project is done according to the plan, even if it's necessary to have his team return to make a change. Reasonable price paid for our project and good, professional vibes all around.

We lost our fence in a recent storm (Wednesday early morning) and Classic Fence was able to come out same day to measure and quote our repair/replacement.

Andy, our representative, was friendly and worked within our budget to get our fence replaced in a timely manner (Friday afternoon). The crew was quick and professional and the new portion of the fence looks great!

Classic fence was one of two estimatesI had. They offered significant savings as well as top notch service, right on time and even kept with an estimate we received just over a year ago. Great communication, and personalized service. Highly recommended whether you are doing metal or wood.
